Ep. 18: Kaito and Akiho attend the Tokyo Expo while Misaki promotes the Exoskeleton robots.

Kaito and Akiho travel to the Tokyo Expo with their robot, discovering they must share a hotel room. During the night, Kaito suffers from nightmares, prompting Akiho to encourage him to open up about his troubles. Akiho becomes excited upon learning Misaki will be at the expo promoting Exoskeleton robots. Kaito decides to meet Misaki to confront her regarding Mizuka's death, Kimijima, her meeting with the real Airi who recently woke up in the hospital, and her attitude toward Akiho. The expo begins, but Akiho struggles to impress the crowd due to bias against Gunvarrel. Sawada arrives with two agents searching the crowd as Exoskeleton Inc. unveils a new robot called Sumeragi, which appears piloted by Misaki using an external control system. Despite Kaito's warnings, Akiho approaches Misaki, who is wearing a fully robotic suit. When Akiho attempts a reunion, Sawada points a gun at Misaki, shocking them. Misaki questions Akiho about the upcoming Tanegashima rocket launch before fleeing as Sawada fires a shot in her direction.
