Lan introduces Maylu to Jasmine, prompting jealousy over their bond. While Lan and Jasmine see Duo's comet due to his mark, Maylu cannot. Concurrently, Meddy and Roll vie for MegaMan's attention. Romeda, a fortune-teller, seeks a major prediction, directing her NetNavi Asteroid NovaMan to crash a meteor onto Earth. Maylu intervenes, assisting Lan in defeating NovaMan and halting the meteor. Afterward, they observe Duo's comet together, indicating that Maylu has also received the Crest of Duo.
