Ep. 12: Romeo and Juliet Hide in Abandoned Village While Escalus Tree Roots Die

Romeo and Juliet continue their search while hiding in an abandoned village. They discover the Escalus tree has dying roots. Duke Montague sends personal guards to locate the pair. Romeo and Juliet attempt to prevent soldiers from destroying a nearby town but are greatly outnumbered. Both characters reveal their true identities to the guards. Following this revelation, Juliet is captured and taken as a prisoner. The narrative focuses on their evasion efforts and the subsequent confrontation with the pursuing military forces sent by Duke Montague.
