Yukari visits nurse Mako Yakumaru to transform into an attractive adult because Tsukune ignores her due to her small size. Although she attracts male students, Tsukune remains indifferent, and Kurumu still surpasses her in measurements during exams. Yukari asks Mako to enlarge her breasts, but Mako reveals she only helped to feed on Yukari's despair. Mako attacks with tentacle-like fingers and hypnotic fluids, but Moka defeats her after Tsukune removes her rosary. Yukari, unaware of the fight, reverts to her child-like state. She decides to grow up naturally and asks Tsukune to wait. She then kisses him, becoming the first to do so, which annoys the other girls.
