This episode presents a series of comedic shorts centered on Ruby Tojo’s new dress code requiring girls to wear long skirts. Shizuka Nekonome tries new clothes, while Ginei Morioka investigates why girls are attracted to Tsukune. Ririko Kagome attempts revenge on Moka but is stopped by Nekonome in disguise. Kurumu attacks other girls who approach Tsukune. Kokoa makes several stops in Japan while pursuing Moka. Tsukune tries to make his blood unappealing to Moka, and Yukari finds a stray dog in the rain.
