Crown Thunder launches an old pirate ship toward Echo Ridge, prompting Mega Man and Lyra Note to battle him. They realize the vessel is his power source and destroy it to defeat him. Meanwhile, Luna becomes devastated upon assuming a romantic relationship between Mega Man and Lyra Note, leading to visible anger at school. Her friends attempt to cheer her up by taking her to a Sonia Sky concert. However, the FM-ian Ophiuchus exploits Luna's emotional state and offers her the power to capture Mega Man.
