Mitsuki questions Hiyori about her inability to cross over, leading to a vision where Hiyori explains she died without confessing to Yūya. To cross over, Hiyori requires intimate acts that fill a heart on a chastity belt, adding steps toward a golden gate. Mitsuki initially dismisses this as a dream but later allows Hiyori to possess her during gym class to attract Yūya’s attention. Hiyori warns that failing to fill the heart will cause both to die and go to hell. Embarrassment strikes when Yūya mistakenly takes Mitsuki to the nurse, causing her to wet herself. Meanwhile, Yūya suffers a bathroom lock failure at home. Mitsuki accidentally sees him naked, and when her own bathroom door breaks, Hiyori possesses Mitsuki to trap Yūya inside, forcing them together to progress the heart meter.
