With Principal Edajima in Kansai, Oni-Hige oversees Otokojuku and revives a school festival banned for 10 years due to fatalities. Instructors hope to earn money from the event. Akashi announces that the aggressive Great Kanto Student Alliance intends to subjugate Otokojuku as their 100th school. He tasks Momotaro and the First Years with handling the threat. A thousand alliance students arrive to take over, but Guard Captain Morita claims 30 men can defeat them. Before the battle begins, Oni-Hige intervenes, proposing a game of ruby to protect visitors and generate revenue. Players must reach an antidote within 20 minutes to survive the poison administered by the steel ball key. The dangerous game commences.
