After losing his final hair, Principal Edajima mandates that all First Year students shave their heads. The only exception is if a student successfully performs the Head Seal, which requires writing the kanji for "man" on the Principal's head. Numerous attempts by the students fail to achieve this goal. Eventually, Momotaro devises a trick that causes the Principal to wear a helmet with a stamp on the inside, thereby completing the seal. As a consequence of losing a bet with Momotaro, Instructor Oni-Hige also has his head shaved. This resolution ends the mandate for the First Years to shave their heads.
