Silvia, Ash, and Eco travel to the capital at the invitation of Silvia's father for a family meeting. Upon arrival, Silvia reunites with her father while Ash and Eco tour the city. Ash subsequently meets the father, who appoints him as a Dragonar. Simultaneously, a sinister group operates in the shadows, preparing to execute a plan to kidnap Eco and awaken her dragon form.
