Ep. 2: Onodera reflects on past Christmas memories while Takano reveals his true feelings
Onodera recalls imagining Christmas with Takano a decade ago. After delivering a manuscript, he returns to the office and receives an email from Takano permitting him to leave. In the elevator, Onodera observes Takano conversing with Yokozawa. Upon departing together, Yokozawa inquires about Onodera’s plans for the 24th, which is Takano’s birthday, and implies they remain a couple. Yokozawa warns Onodera to stay away. Later, Onodera wishes Takano a happy birthday, and Takano asks for his company on a drive as a gift. During the ride, Takano clarifies his relationship with Yokozawa and confesses he has loved Onodera for ten years. Both recall imagining celebrating the birthday together in high school, though they never did. They kiss, and Onodera accepts he cannot resist Takano.
