Akitsu battles Uzume as Kagari struggles to control his powers. Mikogami orders Mutsu to capture Kagari and intervene, prompting the arrival of Izumi Higa's secretary, Kakizaki, accompanied by other Sekireis. Mutsu retreats with Mikogami and Akitsu, recognizing the futility of fighting Kakizaki. Before departing, Akitsu reveals why she has a master and expresses envy that Kagari can still be winged. Meanwhile, Musubi defeats one of the Sekirei. Kagari attempts suicide again but is stopped by Minato, who wings him. Following this, the remaining Sekirei and Ashikabi withdraw from the scene.
