After Kagari recovers, Minato requests that Matsu explain the origins of the Sekirei to clarify the current situation. With Musubi, Kusano, and Tsukiumi present, and Miya, Kazehana, and Kagari listening in, Matsu recounts how Minaka and Takami discovered a space vessel containing the Sekirei and established the MBI. Following this explanation, Minaka broadcasts a message to every Ashikabi, declaring that those who have not yet acquired a Sekirei are no longer considered valid participants. Consequently, all Sekirei held by such individuals will immediately cease to function, effectively ending their involvement in the game.
