Hayato and Commander Izumi suspect the enemy intends to incite public panic by revealing the conflict between Shinkalions and Giant Monstrous Beings. The adversary subsequently manifests in Hakodate, Hokkaido, a location distant from Ōmiya. Although the existing drivers attempt to reach the site immediately, they fail to arrive in time to address the emergency. In this critical situation, the Shinkalion H5 Hayabusa arrives at the scene, piloted by a new driver identified as Miku Hatsune, who steps in to handle the threat.
