Seiryu’s Black Shinkalion returns to the Underground World alongside the Black Shinkalion Ogre. To settle matters with Kirin, Seiryu destroys the cave on Sakurajima that links the Underground World and the human world. Simultaneously, a major incident occurs in Shinjuku, leading to orders for the SUEI to halt Shinkalion launches. This creates a critical dilemma regarding how to assist Seiryu without deploying the Shinkalions, as the necessary transportation routes are severed and operational restrictions are in place. The situation forces a difficult choice between following direct orders and taking action to resolve the conflict in the underground realm.
