Ep. 2: Goh rejects Anna as pilot while a Mimetic Beast attacks Dannar Base and Hayashi

Kiriko believes Anna is ready to partner with Goh and that they are destined to marry, but Goh considers piloting too dangerous. After Anna undergoes exhausting tests, Goh rejects her as a pilot, leading to a fight. Meanwhile, Mira enters suspended animation at Dannar Base. Mechanics attempting to remove Mimetic Beast remains from Club Mariner are attacked, and Hayashi is absorbed by the monster, which escapes into town. Anna lures the creature to her high school gym to reach a soccer robot. Goh arrives late at the school without Shinobu, Anna, or Hayashi, and kills the Mimetic Beast in anger.
