Ep. 7: Azusa Awakens Provat and Navigates Unwanted Servitude Obligations

Azusa uses a foul potion to wake Provat, who challenges her to a duel after accusing her of poisoning. Azusa breaks Provat’s sword, leading Provat to declare Azusa her big sister and demand she be called Pecora. At the medal ceremony ending the dragon war, Pecora honors Azusa, Laika, and Flatorte, forcing Flatorte to let Azusa touch her horns. This gesture binds Flatorte to Azusa as her master, requiring eternal service or suicide. Azusa realizes Pecora manipulated her into taking Flatorte home. Exploiting a loophole, Azusa commands Flatorte to act independently, technically freeing her from servitude. However, Flatorte chooses to stay, calling Azusa Mama, which sparks immediate sibling rivalry with Laika.
