Meanwhile, the ointment company owner ignores a staff member's concerns regarding insufficient testing and proceeds with the release. Ouka’s presentation is successful, with attendees praising the immediate results of the samples provided. However, that night, the group discovers that the ointment has caused severe side effects, turning other passengers into hungry zombies. Trapped on the ship at sea with limited escape options, Ouka, Sonico, and her bandmates must flee from the infected crowd while trying to survive the outbreak.
