Ep. 9: Nike receives urgent news about her grandmother's health and travels with Livius

Nike receives a letter from the Principality of Rain stating that her grandmother Tohara has collapsed and wishes to see her before potentially dying. Nike keeps this information secret until after she performs a rain summoning for the Sun King's guests. Livius notices that her rain magic was unusual, prompting Nike to confess the contents of the letter. Upon hearing the news, Livius immediately cancels all their existing plans. He then arranges for himself, Nike, and his butler Niel to travel together to the Principality of Rain to visit Tohara. This sudden change in schedule allows the group to prioritize the family emergency over their previous commitments in the capital.
