Ep. 43: Kid faces mysterious Clowns in Sarcophagus while protecting a dangerous magic tool from Lord Death

Kid, Liz, and Patty reach Sarcophagus, a town where inhabitants vanished twenty years prior. Kid enters alone to secure a magic tool but encounters a strange Clown that consumed the villagers. Simultaneously, Maka uses Soul Perception to locate Crona. Kid is overwhelmed by identical Clowns until Liz and Patty arrive to defeat them. A defeated robotic Clown warns Kid about the dangers of the tool. Consequently, Kid decides to withhold the item from Lord Death to prevent disaster.
