Ep. 40: Lala's Alien Identity Revealed Amidst Class Suspicion and School Attack
Fuyuki confronts Lala at her spaceship after receiving a photo from the Notraider attack, refusing to believe her innocence despite defenses by Hikaru, Elena, Abraham, and Yuni. At school, classmates act strangely after Fuyuki warns them, prompting Hikaru to discover their fears in the library where she comforts a fleeing Lala. Kappard attacks the school to steal twisted imaginations, forcing Lala and Hikaru to transform with the other Cures in public. Lala defends the class, whose support dispels their negative thoughts and redirects Kappard’s attack to Fuyuki. Realizing her happiness with friends, Lala awakens her Twinkle Imagination to defeat Kappard. The class then defends Lala against Fuyuki’s accusations, fully accepting her as one of them.
