Ophiuchus survives Fuwa's sacrifice due to Hikaru's conflicting emotions and attempts to erase the universe. The Precure endure the darkness using their pendants, realizing Fuwa and the universe exist in their hearts. They transform into Twinkle Styles, proving imagination is their own power, and defeat Ophiuchus. Hikaru spares Ophiuchus, who leaves with a vow to return if things twist. The Cures restore the universe and revive Fuwa, though she loses her warp abilities. The Princesses agree to care for Fuwa, while Hikaru, Elena, and Madoka must return to Earth. Hikaru bids a tearful farewell to Lala before exiting through a portal made by Garouga using Ophiuchus' damaged bracelet. Back on Earth, the trio vows to see their friends again someday.
