Ep. 13: Mei faces insecurity when Nagi blocks her visit to the feverish Yamato, leading to a misunderstanding involving Kakeru.

Yamato develops a fever and stays home, prompting Mei’s friends to encourage her to visit him. Mei attempts to call Yamato but is answered by Nagi, who claims Yamato refuses to see her. Nagi actually intends to keep Yamato to herself, causing Mei to feel insecure. Meanwhile, Kakeru informs Yamato that he has a girlfriend working at Mei’s part-time job. Unaware that the bakery employs two assistants, Yamato panics and rushes out, accidentally evading Nagi, who is distracted by a visiting classmate. Yamato unknowingly passes Mei, who is hiding nearby. His anxiety dissipates when he realizes the woman with Kakeru is not Mei. After encountering Kai at the bakery, Yamato and Mei meet at their usual spot, apologize to one another, and spend the day together. The episode concludes with Mei expressing her feelings, fulfilling the title.
