Ep. 11: Matsuri visits Sunohara-sou and challenges Ayaka to prove her caregiving skills for Aki

Aki's older sister Matsuri arrives at Sunohara-sou, forcing him to wear women's clothes and addressing him with female pronouns. She demands he live with her, but Ayaka intervenes. Matsuri agrees to let Aki remain if Ayaka demonstrates her ability to care for him. Ayaka impresses Matsuri through her cooking, attentive care, and by bathing with Aki, leading Matsuri to silently acknowledge her skills. Later, Matsuri attempts to take Aki home, separating him from Ayaka. She gets lost and twists her ankle, requiring Aki to carry her back to Sunohara-sou. Accepting that Aki will stay, Matsuri transfers to a nearby school and continues making him cross-dress.
