Haru uses Ren to reject other women, frustrating Ren. At the host club, Natsuo is repeatedly questioned about his relationship with the other Natsu, which irritates him. Ren serves coffee to Shirou and Jūzen, discovering that Shirou holds a medical license. A flashback reveals Haru choosing the twins over Natsuo, despite claiming love. Haru notes he has not used possessive language to restrict Ren. On the twins' birthday, Haru invites Onodera, Shirou, and Natsuo. Natsuo kisses Haru after discussing the host club, prompting Ren to kick Haru and declare ownership before fleeing. Haru confronts Natsuo, who admits happiness, and Haru asks Ren to reaffirm his claim. On Christmas, a sick Ren reveals a pregnancy, confusing Haru who realizes Ren refers to a dog in Canada. Post-credits, Shima names puppies after goddesses, and the twins mock Haru’s suggestion of Japanese names.
