Ren accompanies Haru to a hospital for a medical checkup and an appointment with psychotherapist Mori Kazushi. Haru attempts to avoid the therapy but is forced to attend, where they discuss his memories and brothers. Mori questions Haru about his failure to visit his parents' graves. Later, Ren requests sex from Haru, who reprimands him before criticizing himself after Ren reveals he learned the act from him. The group then visits the beach, where they encounter Kiyoka's trans friends. During this outing, Shima and Natsuo engage in a serious conversation. Finally, Haru plays a prank on Ren, who responds by administering a punishment.
