The Federation launches Operation Plantagenet to defeat the Inspectors, with Hagane and Hiryuu Custom joining Colonel Van Vat Tran of Neo-DC in an attack on the Langley base. They encounter Mekibos, a leader of the Inspectors, leading to a fierce battle. Kyosuke and Excellen manage to breach the enemy defenses, but Shadow Mirror forces suddenly teleport in front of them, revealing a secret alliance with the Inspectors. The situation escalates when the Shadow Mirror flagship, Ganrand, turns its weapons toward the Hagane, threatening the Federation fleet at a critical moment in the conflict.
