The operation to defeat the Inspectors, Operation Plantagenet, nears its end, as the Federation Carries Hagane and Hiryuu Custom meat with Colonel Van Vat Tran of Neo-DC to attack the Inspectors at Langley base. They're met by Mekibos, one of the Inspector leaders. After a brutal battle, Kyosuke and Excellen succeed in breaking through the enemy's defensive lines, but shadow Mirror forces teleport in in front of them.
