Natsumi undergoes driver's education to obtain her license, while colleagues gamble on her success. Miyuki, Yoriko, and Kachou observe the test. The school manager and his father attempt to block her progress after witnessing her reckless driving. Despite their efforts, Natsumi secures her learner's permit. The father modifies the vehicle to hinder her performance. When a truck driver breaks traffic laws, Natsumi overcomes the car's restrictions and drives recklessly. Impressed by her skills as a police officer, the father acknowledges her ability. Miyuki and Yoriko assist in arresting the truck driver. Natsumi successfully receives her driver's license, surprising everyone involved.
