Escorted by the Platinum Knights, Sorey and his companions reach the home of Doran, the ruler of the Rolance Empire. Doran shares the imperial legend concerning the Malevolence and the origin of calamities, while also revealing that Alisha of Hyland appears to be under house arrest. Despite his shock, Sorey resolves to halt the Malevolence immediately and departs for Pendrago. Meanwhile, Rose, having learned from Sorey that the Malevolence causes global disasters, consults Dezel about how to witness it. She subsequently approaches Sorey with a specific proposal intended for negotiation regarding these urgent matters.
