After being pursued by Galaxy Police Detective Mihoshi, Ryoko crash lands on Earth. She subsequently interjects herself into the lives of the Masaki family. Her actions particularly affect the teenage son, Tenchi, as she becomes involved in their daily existence following her arrival.
