Seina Yamada, a Japanese high school student plagued by extreme misfortune, is nearly drowned when a spaceship crashes near his home. He is saved by a mysterious blonde woman who provides him with an application for the Galaxy Police. Although his family compels him to complete and sign the form, Seina falls asleep unaware of the consequences. Upon waking, he discovers he has been transported aboard a spacecraft specifically dispatched to retrieve him during his slumber, marking the beginning of his unexpected journey with the intergalactic law enforcement agency.
