Lloyd overcomes Jihriel’s divine power and acquires the sorcery he desired. After returning to the surface, he negotiates with Galilea and others. To study purifying-class spells effective against undead and spirits, Lloyd, Sylpha, Ren, and Tao travel to the eastern district’s sewers, where ghouls are frequently spotted. Their mission results in a strange contest focused on Lloyd.
