At a festival, Granny warns Mikael to leave Noelle alone. Dispel attacks Miruru, but Gabriel saves her, noting his immunity to cat allergies. Dispel pursues Noelle, throwing Lucca through a clock tower. Yuusuke and Natsumi are caught in the chaos. Dispel confronts Noelle at the tower top. Yuusuke tries to help but falls. Noelle uses her mechanical wings to save Yuusuke and Natsumi. Dispel leaves, believing he failed. Natsumi returns to normal. Silky reveals she controls Dispel. Raphael, a teacher, helped Noelle fly. Mikael is upset. Raphael tricks Mikael into a hug. Raphael agrees to monitor Noelle with Mikael. Noelle tries to fly again the next day, failing but remaining determined.
