Ep. 12: Yuusuke helps Natsumi accept her brother's death during the festival

Natsumi stays at Yuusuke’s house, prompting him to fake an illness to hide her presence from friends who suspect the truth. After they agree to help if he finds a cure, Yuusuke attempts to locate clues at the clock tower, but Natsumi flees to a grave. He tries to convince her that her brother is gone and that clinging to childhood will trap her, causing her to retreat into a hole in his room. While Noelle practices with mechanical wings for the comet event, Lucca notes Yuusuke’s devotion to Natsumi. On festival day, Yuusuke confronts Natsumi on the roof, explaining that his grief differs because he can still communicate with his parents. They ultimately wish on the Durian comet for Natsumi to see Fuyuki again.
