Uran struggles to accept Jump as more than a robot, leading to tension until the Robot Vikings attack and injure him. Astro pursues the gang, defeating them in combat and discovering their leader is aided by Atlas, who admits to using the Omega Factor to create the rebels. After escaping a lava-filled cavern with Livian, Atlas provides a cure for Jump. The boy recovers, and Uran finally accepts him, ending the family dispute while Astro reflects on the dangers of unchecked technological power.
