A device known as the X Bomb, capable of converting any substance into water, falls into the Pacific Ocean with fifty hours remaining until detonation. Astro Boy travels to the location to recover the dangerous object. However, he discovers that Uran, who had been following him, has been swallowed by a whale along with the bomb. This situation creates an urgent challenge as the team must address the presence of both Uran and the explosive device within the marine creature before the time limit expires.
