After witnessing Kaitabi's shocking display of strength, Mikoto and Kuroko ponder the ramifications and wonder if Level Uppers actually exist. Before they can find answers to these questions, Kaitabi mysteriously slips into a coma. The two characters are left to deal with the immediate aftermath of this sudden medical crisis while trying to understand the implications of the power they just witnessed.
