Following a morning incident involving Yuuji and Hatsune, Marie resolves to discover Hatsune's weakness to ensure she cannot intervene while Marie punishes her brother. However, Marie finds that Hatsune appears to have no such vulnerability. Subsequently, Kazuki discovers that Hatsune has collapsed due to a fever. He attributes her condition to exhaustion from overworking herself in managing household duties and caring for the family. Consequently, Kazuki decides to take over these responsibilities to allow Hatsune to rest and recover. His goal is to ensure she gets well and can pursue whatever brings her happiness, shifting the focus from Marie's revenge plans to Hatsune's health and well-being.
