Ep. 17: Mermaid's Miracle Transform! Cure La Mer!

While Cure Summer and the other Cures search for Laura, the Witch warns her not to interfere and sends generals to steal motivation. Summer and her comrades surface to fight two Zenzen Yaraneedas summoned by Chongire and Numeri. Laura finds Kururun to steal a basement key but is caught by the Witch and Butler while trying to retrieve her Mermaid Aqua Pot. After evading the Witch, Laura is defeated by Butler, prompting Kururun to save her. The Mermaid Queen congratulates Laura on finding the Pretty Cure, but Laura wishes to help her friends. She receives a rocky object to aid her. Hurrying back to Manatsu and her friends, Laura receives her Heart Kuru Ring. The stone cracks to reveal her Mermaid Aqua Pact, allowing her to transform into Cure La Mer. La Mer revives her comrades, recovers the stolen motivation, and helps defeat the enemies. Laura joyfully discovers she has become human and moves into Manatsu's home.
