Manatsu and classmates, including Sango, spend a weekend in Aozora City, visiting a shopping mall and an aquarium. After Sango gets separated while returning a lost wallet, she encounters Laura. Sango later reveals her fear of standing out due to a kindergarten incident. Laura encourages Sango to embrace her cuteness. That evening, Chongire summons a Yaraneeda to attack a park. Manatsu transforms to fight but is overpowered alongside Laura. Sango, who followed them, gains the courage to trust her own decisions. This allows a second Tropical Pact to open, granting her the power to become Cure Coral. With assistance from Laura and Cure Summer, the group defeats the Yaraneeda. Following the battle, Manatsu and Sango strengthen their friendship and commit to doing their best as Pretty Cures.
