Asuka guides the group in preparing the food while Laura assists with cooking. Meanwhile, Chongire summons a Yareneeda to terrorize a mobile food stall and its surroundings. The girls receive an alert and transform to battle the monster but are overwhelmed due to hunger from skipping lunch. Asuka directs the team to freeze the enemy temporarily so they can eat their meals before resuming the fight. Afterward, the girls enjoy their bentos together, and Manatsu prepares dinner for herself and her mother.
