Ep. 14: Naoto’s broken glasses from Yasushi and his determination to continue despite poor vision

Naoto reflects on how his work on a manned spacecraft estranged him from his family. His glasses break when Yasushi accidentally steps on them, reducing Naoto’s visibility. Undeterred by this setback, Naoto remains determined to proceed. Serika informs Yasushi that Naoto resigned from his job to pursue astronaut selection. Upon hearing this, Yasushi overcomes his pride and requests that mission control provide Naoto with a new pair of glasses to ensure he can continue his duties without visual impairment hindering his progress.
