Ep. 13: Zero defeats Rido and Yuki departs with Kaname after the crisis ends

Zero wounds Rido with Bloody Rose, forcing him to flee and feed on servants to recover. Kaname engages Rido, but Zero ultimately kills him. Yuki intervenes to stop Zero from attacking Kaname. Kaname informs the Night Class students he no longer needs them, except for his devotees. Zero dares Yuki to drink his blood, revealing his love for her, yet vows to kill her as a vampire hunter. Yuki reminds Kaname she wishes to protect him despite the eliminated threat. She bids farewell to Kaien and leaves the academy with Kaname, Akatsuki, Hanabusa, and Ruka. Senri and Rima find Takuma's blade in the rubble. Kaien declares the danger passed to the Day Class. Yagari repairs the damaged gate with help from other vampire hunters. Yuki recalls Zero's promise and waits for their next encounter.
