He then reveals he is the original Kuran family member, unrelated to Yuki, and was summoned by Rido, preventing Kaname from killing him. Finally, Kaien meets Toga Yagari, but Zero arrives and demands execution. Yagari refuses, leaving Zero in a prison cell to reflect on Yuki’s words.

To ensure safety, Day Class students are confined to the auditorium, though Yori remains concerned about Yuki. In the prison cell, Ichiru shoots Zero with the Bloody Rose. This act triggers Zero’s memories of his childhood bond with Ichiru and Shizuka killing his parents. Ichiru, injured while trying to kill Rido for Shizuka, asks Zero to consume him. Zero drinks Ichiru’s blood, which completes his vampire hunter powers and helps control his thirst. Before leaving, Zero places a bell kept by Ichiru as a memento of Shizuka into his brother’s hand.
12EP 12Rido confronts Yuki while Zero struggles with his powers and Ichijo escapes Takuma
Dec 23, 2008Rido consumes his servants and awaits Yuki, while Yagari defeats Hunter Association vampires. Ichijo kills the Association president and the Vampire Council, escaping Takuma.
