Jadow devises a strategy to assault Viewtiful Joe from the air, with Charles III leading the operation. Joe and Junior travel to a different city, where Junior forms a friendship with a farmer called Syrus Brown. As night falls, Charles III executes the planned aerial attack against the heroes. Facing a desperate situation, Joe summons Machine Six, a robotic flying vehicle previously possessed by Captain Blue. The machine locates itself in Syrus' barn and arrives to assist its new owner, aiding Joe and Junior in their fight against the incoming threat.
