Violence Jack: Hell's Wind

A city named "Hope Town" is established by survivors of the Kanto Hell Earthquake. Peace is disrupted when the motorcycle gang "Hell's Wind" attacks, kidnapping women and leaving the town vulnerable. A boy named Subaro meets Jun, whose lover was killed. The two support each other in resisting the gang. As the conflict intensifies, Violence Jack emerges, shifting the balance in favor of the townspeople.
