Logan endures a grueling fight with Omega Red that drains him despite his healing factor, triggering memories of his S.H.I.E.L.D. mission to steal Carbonadium and previous clashes with the villain. Meanwhile, Hideki and his accomplices escape, allowing Agent Tsukino to secure evidence capable of exposing Shingen. Although Logan successfully prevents an assassination attempt, Omega Red reappears and manages to pin Logan down, leaving him in a precarious situation as the conflict continues.
