Ep. 2: Kotori recalls Kamui's past while he attacks a spy rescued by a Dragon of Heaven.

Kotori remembers how Kamui changed after risking his life to save her from a fall. That night, Kamui assaults Daisuke Saiki, a wind magician spying on him to verify if he is the chosen one seen by Hinoto. Before Kamui can interrogate Saiki, Arashi Kishuu, a Dragon of Heaven, rescues him. Saiki is brought to Hinoto, who reveals a future dream of Kamui fighting in an apocalyptic Tokyo. Later, Sorata Arisugawa, another Dragon of Heaven attempting to contact Kamui, confronts spy Yuuto Kigai. Kotori's older brother, Fuuma Monou, accidentally enters Sorata's battle barrier, halting the fight. Fuuma discovers Kamui wounded from Saiki's attack and finds him unconscious at his home.
