Touko announces her intention to revive a tradition of the student council performing a stage play during the upcoming culture festival. Meanwhile, fellow council member Seiji Maki observes Touko and Yuu sharing a kiss. Maki confronts Yuu regarding this sighting but, preferring to watch the romance of others unfold, decides to keep the incident secret from Touko and the rest of the group. During their conversation, he hints to Yuu that her feelings for Touko may run deeper than she currently acknowledges, suggesting she loves her more than she realizes.
